Hi, I’m Valerie. For a long time I sat with a vision I could not explain and a fear I could not shake. I knew something was inside of me. I just did not know if I was the right person to carry it.
After years as an executive leading multi-million-dollar operations and building teams, I learned something that no title could fix: the biggest thing standing between people and their business isn’t strategy. It’s fear. It was my faith that carried me through it, and now I help others do the same.
I talked myself out of starting more times than I can count. I let self-doubt sit at the head of the table. I waited for the perfect moment, the perfect plan, the perfect version of myself that never quite arrived.
I decided that the cost of staying silent about my calling was greater than the risk of stepping into it. I did the inner work. Now I sit across from people just like you. People who are brilliant, called, and capable — but stuck. And I know exactly what they are carrying because I carried it too. I confronted the fears. I pushed through.
